A “C” gets a degree, but also an D gets pushed along.
Why listening to the “Experts” is often wrong.
I once heard a very respected physician say, “It’s easier to pass them through than make them quit.” This was in reference to training Medical doctors. This was a huge life lesson at the time. If the ones at the top, know the ones’ they are training may be less than excellent, where does that leave the rest of us as patients? This help set me on a journey of, not to prove the establishment wrong, but to look, “what if there is another way”? Another way of anything. Is theirs (the experts) the best way to eat, sleep, live, love, care for others, exercise, or believe?
Believe there are more answers out there
We as a society have been constantly reminded, you can’t do it, you get weaker with age your mind will start to slow, and you are not what you once were. I say the Exception Nation proves those things wrong. Weather you want to grow from where you are, mentally, physically, spiritually or just as a person, its all available. There is so much to discover about ourselves, the truth is we have forgotten in our past, more than we know. Start your own journey.
The below photo is of a 58 year male, moving 1500 pounds for reps, who had been told he was “to old to lift heavy and maybe just swim.” This individual does NOT use steroids, nor any medically prescribed testosterone, nor any other prescription medication for strength.
